About Us

Chef Leo was raised around the raw nature of food. His grandmother, who was Jamaican, would teach young Leo about each spice she used and how it would enhance certain foods. She stressed that freshness and quality have a noticeable impact on the taste buds. Leo’s father owned a butcher shop, and it was there that Leo learned about the different cuts of meat and how to properly age and prepare them to gain the best flavors.
